Questions

Frequently asked questions about the 3D relief

Which files can I upload?

GPX and FIT files. You get them from Garmin Connect, Strava, Komoot, Wahoo, Suunto, Polar and most other apps for watches and bike computers.

Where does the terrain come from?

From worldwide elevation data (AWS Terrain Tiles). Your relief shows the mountains and valleys around your route, not just the line.

What is the difference between Basic, Premium and Real?

Basic: terrain in one colour, the route as a separate red part to plug in. Premium: terrain in 2 to 4 colour bands by height, from green to white. Real: terrain in real colours, with water, forest, meadow and rock.

How big is the relief?

Round, square or hexagonal, 60, 100 or 150 mm. There is a base plate with title, date, time, kilometres, metres of climbing and, if you like, the elevation profile.

Does my route leave my device?

Your file stays in your browser. Only a simplified route goes into the order code, so that we can print the model.

Do you ship outside Germany?

We ship printed models within Germany only. Print files are available worldwide.

Is there a pendant too?

Yes. The pendant (50 mm) shows your route, has a hole at the top and the name and time on the back.
